Some new dishes are on the menu this winter, like the Lyonnaise salad or codfish in chorizo scales!
The great classics of Café de la Bourse remain, such as Burgundy snails with parsley butter, homemade duck foie gras, duck breast or the famous grandma’s onion soup. On the sweet side, the floating island, the tarte Tatin or the lemon meringue tart are always on our menu!
